Salon & spa websites

Let clients book you at nine at night.

A salon's website really has one job: fill the chair. The measure of whether it's working is simple — can somebody find you, see what you charge, and book, at nine at night, without having to speak to anyone.

We've built a salon booking site, so we know the parts that actually cause trouble, and it's rarely the design. It's double bookings, no-shows, stylists on different schedules, and a booking system nobody at the front desk enjoys using.

What we'll set up for you

  • Online booking that works on a phone, after hours, with no phone call needed

  • A price list your clients can read before they arrive

  • Each stylist's own availability, rather than one shared calendar

  • Automatic reminders, because no-shows cost more than the website did

  • Gallery pages showing your actual work, not stock photos

  • WhatsApp too, for the clients who'll always rather message

How it works

Questions we're often asked

Can clients book and pay online?
Booking, certainly — that's the heart of it. We can add deposits or payment at booking too, and if no-shows are a problem for you, a small deposit tends to pay for itself quickly.
We have several stylists on different schedules. Does that work?
Yes, and it's a very normal request. Each stylist gets their own availability, services and appointment lengths, set up to match how the salon already runs rather than forcing you to change.
Have you built a salon site before?
Yes — a salon booking site, which you'll find on the work page.
What does it cost?
A standard site starts at R2,000 once-off, or R199/month fully managed. Adding a full booking system is quoted per project, since it depends on how many stylists and services need handling — we'll talk that through with you first.
